Arc Universal

Arc Universal (name derived from “character arc” and “universal system”) is a small passion project I’ve been working on; I wanted to create a lightweight system that was fully diceless, character driven, and setting neutral. 

Features:

• Straightforward, personality based character creation.
• Diceless core mechanic that serves as 1) a standard action resolution mechanic and 2) a Yes/No Oracle that uses role play as the “randomizer”.
• Dedicated systems for both developing scenes & settings, and building upon ideas.
• Structured gameplay loop that focuses on RP and character interaction.
